The organisation and planning of Balutia require a number of commitments and logistical arrangements that must be finalised well in advance. For this reason, we offer participants a refund policy that is as flexible as possible given the nature of the event.

· Until December 31, 2026: 60% refund of the registration fee paid.

· From January 1, 2027 to February 28, 2027: 30% refund of the registration fee paid.

· No refunds will be issued from March 1, 2027 onwards.

If the event is cancelled due to local restrictions resulting from natural disasters, war, strikes, legal interventions, major accidents during the event, pandemics, administrative closures, or other similar circumstances, the organisation will reschedule the event. In this case, registered participants will have two options:

First, to keep their entry for the new date.

Second, to request a 50% refund of the registration fee during a limited period (up to 45 days before the newly proposed date).

In the event of adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns, the route may be partially modified. Once the event has started, no refunds will be offered if the event is cancelled, postponed, or if the route is modified.
