refunds policy

The organization and planning of Balutia require a series of commitments and logistical work that must be arranged well in advance. In this regard, we offer participants a refund policy that is as flexible as possible given the circumstances of the event.

· Until December 31, 2025: 60% of the registration fee.

· From January 1, 2026, to February 28th, 2026: 30% of the registration fee.

· No refunds will be issued from March 1st, 2026, onward.

If the event is canceled due to local restrictions caused by natural disasters, war, strikes, legal interventions, major accidents during the event, pandemics, lockdowns, or other similar causes, the organization will reschedule the event. In this case, registered participants will have two options:

  • First, to keep their spot for the new date.

  • Second, to request a 50% refund of the registration fee within a limited period (up to 45 days before the new proposed date).

In case of adverse weather conditions or risks, the route will be partially modified. Once the event has started, no refunds will be offered if it is canceled, postponed, or if the route is modified.
